The technology committee consists of General manager, assitant of Genernal Manager, Chief Engineer, Vice-chief engineer, production manager and relevant engineering technicians.

The expert committee consists of relevant experts from domestic and overseas scientific researching institutes and universities.

There are  4 management personnel, 2 technicians for scientific researching and developing, 6 persons for testing, most of the technicians worked in this industry for many years and they have not only abundant theory foundation, but also have  lots of practice experiences. many of them have ever taken responsible for more than one technology modification or new products developing and some of them have ever received special technical training abroad.
