In 1997, the company dedicated to develop the international market around China and won the Pakistan Aviation oil conveying pipeline project, this is the company’s first time to enter the international market.
In 1998, along with the strong development of exporting products, the company was awarded International Exporting Products Top prize by means of its high quality products.
In 1999, the company became the first obtained the ISO9001 certificate in the same industry of China. And won the Kuerle Urban Water Supply Project in Xinjiang, China , which is the largest amount of using GRP pipe in tap water reconstruction project in china at that time. And the company was awarded “ The Advanced National Chemical Building Material collectivity” by the Ministry of Construction, Building Materials Bureau, Light Industrial Bureau, Sinopec, Chemical Industry Bureau and China National Petroleum Corporation.
In 2000, the company introduced full set of centrifugal casting GRP pipe production line from United States of America, which was listed in National Spark Project, National double high and priority project and Autonomous Region important technology upgraded project.
In 2001, the company won The DN3100 GRP Pipe Project for “635” Water Conservancy Hinge. Xinjiang, China. The project has the largest diameter GRP pipe that have used in China so far. In the same year, Mr. Wang Lequan, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and the Secretary of the Committee of Communist Party of China of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region visited the company and wrote an inscription “Hope the company making a great progress in every year and keep prosperity forever”.
In 2002, the company won the Ashgabat (the capital of Turkmenistan) Urban Water Supply Project with 150Km GRP Pipe. In the same year, the company obtained the ISO 14001 Environment Management System Certificate.
In 2003, the company won the GRP Pipe Project for Virescence on Tarim Desert Road, Xinjiang, China. This is first time to use GRP casing pipe and GRP screen pipe on making hole to take water project in China, the Agriculture Irrigation Project in Pimo Reclamation Area and this is the first time to use GRP pipe in large scale agriculture irrigation project in China.
In 2004, the company successfully carried out The DN2270 and DN2500 GRP Jacking Pipe Project in Nanzhou Road of Guangzhou, China, This is the first time to use a large amount of GRP jacking pipe in China’s key project an also made several No.1 record in Chinese GRP jacking pipe, won the DN 1200-DN2200mm GRP Jacking Pipe Project for Xiashan Sewerage in Zhanjiang city, Guangdong, this project has the most amount of using GRP jacking pipe record in single project in China.
In 2005, the company cooperated with The top 500 enterprises in the world, Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd, and became the largest scale GRP pipe manufacturer of China, won The Phase III Yangzi River Water Diversion Project in Shanghai, China, This is the first time to use large diameter pressure GRP jacking pipe in water diversion project in China.
In 2006, the company obtained the 120Km of DN1000mm GRP pipe project for Lvliang, Shanxi, China, the project has the longest distance of using GRP pipe in single project in China. In the same year, the company obtained the GB/T 28001 Occupational Health Management System Certificate and the GRP pipe with brand of Yongchang “Gold Wave” was awarded “China Top Brand”.
In 2007, the company carried out the largest GRP pipe project in the world- Baku Water Supply Project in Azerbaijan. The diameter of the pipe is DN2000mm, the total main length of the pipe is 265Km, Working pressure is from 0.6MPa to 2.5Mpa, won the Olympic Water Supply Project in China and was awarded the “Managing Right for Overseas Project ” by Commercial Ministry of China and make the worldwide marketing range. At present, the company is unique GPR pipe manufacturer that has the overseas project managing qualification in China.
In 2008, the company obtained the Luneng Group Water Supply Project for Dananhu Coal chemical industry, the main length of the pipe is 65Km and the working pressure is from 0.6MPa to 2.5MPa. the project has the largest diameter and highest pressure of GRP pipe in mining water supply project.
In 2009, The company won the bid of Agriculture irrigation project of No.6 agricultural
division, Wujiaqu in Xinjiang. The total length of the pipeline is 44Km.
The company obtained the National production license and also was the first batch of companies to get the license in domestic GRP industry.
In 2010, the company won the bid of Dazimiao GRP pipe water supply project of
No.6 agricultural division. The total value of the contract is 34530000 RMB.
The company has obtained some national invention patents on integrated GRP chambers, High pressure-proof steel-plastic pipe with GRP reinforcement, centrifugal casting jacking pipes, filament winding GRP jacking pipe with slurry-injection.
In 2011, the company won the bid of DN1300mm GRP pipe water supply project of Wuhe water company of Fuyun, Xinjiang.
In 2012, The company won the bid of Baiyanghe DN1600 GRP pipe water supply project in Tacheng, which is the biggest domestic project of the company so far. The total length of the pipeline is 45Km .
In 2013， the company won the bid of Halatongke water supply project in Fuyun, Xinjiang and it is the first time to sign the EPC project for the company and it's also a business extension from the GRP pipe business to water engineering and the first time to relize the company's develpment strategy on industrial chain extension.
In 2014, the company won the bid of GRP pipes project of Yili Hunyuan Group and the total pipeline is 23563 meters.
In 2015, the company won the bid of water project of Pimo reclamation area in No.14 Agricultural Division and the total pipeline is 46000 meters.
In 2016, the company co-operated with one of top 500 private enterprise, Zhenshi Holding Group, as the company’s strategic partner and gradually realized the development strategy on extension of the enterprise’s value chain, in the same year, the company invested a lot of capitals to introduce continuous filament winding production line with advanced world’s level and got a successful commissioning for this production line and became the only one GRP pipes manufacturer that has all three production processes to produce GRP pipes with filament winding production line, centrifugal casting production line and continuous filament winding production line.
In 2017, it won the bid for the dn2400-pn1.6mpa-sn7500n/m2 continuous winding FRP pipeline project of Sutang irrigation district water conservancy project (phase I) in Qiemo reclamation area of Xinjiang 38th regiment.
The project of dn3800mm circulating water pipeline and dn4000mm cooling water drainage in Dubai haxiang clean coal-fired power plant phase I was awarded, which was jointly produced by the company and Saudi Arabia Amanti company.
In 2018, the company introduced the second FRP pipe continuous winding production line, which was successfully debugged in Hotan subsidiary.
In 2019, the scientific research project "R & D and safety guarantee technology of large diameter frpm pipeline for long distance water transmission and transfer project" participated by the company won the "first prize of science and technology of Xinjiang Autonomous Region in 2019". As the main drafting unit, JC / T 2538-2019 glass fiber reinforced plastic continuous winding sand pipe was officially launched. It won the medal of "enterprise with special contribution to economic development" awarded by ganquanpu economic and Technological Development Zone.

In 2021，The company won the bid of DN2400 main pipeline water supply project in Regiment 224 of the 14th Division. The length of the pipeline is 15825 meters; signed the contract of Qiasigan DN1400 main canal extension project in Pishan Farm of the 14th Division, the length of the pipeline is 9427 meters.
In 2022, The company won the bid of Phase II irrigation wroks in 224th Regiment of The 14th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (The main pipeline project in the irrigation area of 224th Regiment) , diameter of the pipe: DN2600mm, total length of the pipeline: 19304 meters.
In 2023, the company won the bid of Phase II water conservancy project of 224 Regiment, 14th Division. (pipe procurement below the main pipe), pipe diameter in this project: DN400-1600mm, pipe's length: 61262 meters; Signed the contract for the 90th Regiment's new era "Qanat" construction project of the Fifth Division's Shuanghe city Water Resources Distribution Project (Phase I). The pipe diameter is fromDN600 to DN1400mm and the pipe length is 23,273 meters. In the same year, the continuous filament winding GRP jacking pipes and continuous filament winding GRP screen pipes produced by the company have also been put into the market.
