Zhenshi Yongchang Composites Co., Ltd. (former Yongchang Sekisui Composites Co., Ltd.) was estbalished in 1993, with registered capital 100 million RMB, fixed assets 570 million RMB. The annual production capacity is 80000 tons of GRP pipes, and GRP tanks with registered trademark “Yongchang (Gold Wave)”. The headquarters located in Urumqi city, Xinjiang, occupied 460000 m2 of land and the company also set up some production bases, branches and offices in Hetian, Yili and abroad. The company is on the top of China GRP pipe industry whatever in the production scale, equipment, technical level, products quality and market share and is the largest GRP pipe manufacturer in China.
  The company introduced complete set of domestic and international level’s pipe production equipment and test equipment and all process from pipe’s design to products molding was controlled by computer. All various of indexes of the products has been tested and approved by China Supervision and Inspection Center for GRP Products Quality. The company has obtained the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System and GR/T28001 Occupation and Health Management System and established a complete set of scientific quality assurance measures and management regulations and meanwhile the company finished the Long term static hydraulic test (HDB test) and long term bending strain test (SB)for GRP pipes, which strongly proved the service life of the pipes with trademark “Yongchang (Gold Wave)”exceeds 50 years and it is the first company that finished the both test in China GRP pipes manufacturers.
  In 1996, the “Gold Wave” brand GRP pipes and storage tanks were honored as “Xinjaing Famous Products” by Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Government. In 1997, it was awarded a gold medal for export product by international appraisal organizations and in 1998, it was given the top most Gold Metal. In 1999, the company obtained the title of “Advanced Collectivity” by combined 5 national ministries and commissions which are Ministry of Construction, National Bureau of Building Materials, National Bureau of light industry and Petroleum and Chemical industry Bureau of China and CNPC. In 2002, the company won the Quality Management Advanced Collectivity Prize. In 2003, it was granted the High Technical Industrial Enterprise by Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. In 2006, the pipes, storage tanks with trademark of “Yongchang (Gold Wave” were honored “China Top Brand” The products of the company has been widely applied in petroleum, chemical industry, power industry, water conservancy, municipal construction, environmental protection, food industry and agricultural development and the products not only covered the domestic market, but also exported to European countries, America, southeast Asian countries, central Asian countries and middle-east countries.
  At present, the company has owned GRP pipe’s continuous filament winding production line, centrifugal casting production line and filament winding production and it is the only GRP manufacturer which has the all three production processes for GRP pipes in China.
