The company introduced full set of pipe’s production and test equipment with advanced domestic and international level and it is the only one GRP pipe manufacturer that owned filament winding production line and centrifugal casting production line in China. The products was finished by computer from the design to formation and the production line has a high winding precision and wide adaptability of products size so that guarantee the stability of products quality. The products was strictly inspected and tested according to international standards and national standard, GB/T 21238. The advanced production equipment, test equipment and scientific test methods provided the scientific basis for the facticity of the products quality. 
 
2. Abundant technology strength 
At present, the technology strength of the company is in the top place of China GRP Industry and the company cooperated with domestic famous scientific research institutes, universities and together developed new technologies and products of composites materials, also retained some domestic and foreign experts, professors as technology consultant to effectively guarantee the company’s technologies leading and continuous improving of products quality. In 2002, The Technology Center of the company passed the Autonomous Regional Level acceptance and the center has independent researching and developing ability. In recent years, the company has obtained seven patents, which has been used in actual production.

The company made relevant quality programming in advance according to different projects’ situation. All the processes , from the purchasing of raw materials, production, test to after sale service are systematically carried out according to the quality programming.
 
4. Scientific production management
We strictly inspected every process that stipulated in “Quality Control Flow of Zhenshi Yongchang Composites Co., Ltd. "during production, strictly inspect and test the raw materials before entering the factory and control all quality in every working procedure and turn the inspection after happened to prevention so that effectively remove the hidden troubles on quality and defined the quality responsibility on every working procedure during production and carried out Awarding Good Performance and Punishing Poor Performance so that promote the quality improvement.
 
5.Good after sale service
The company will dispatch skilled technicians to provide the necessary, correct and abundant technical support and training on products installation, commissioning, performance checking, acceptance, operation and maintenance so that the products can meet he customer’s requirement and can be satisfied with customers.
 
6.Correction and precaution 
The company specially established quality group that was consisted of technology department and quality inspection department to analyze and research the problems occurred from the raw materials entering the factory to the products installation and timely submit effective correction and precaution measures, solve  the quality problems and insist on carry out PDCA circulation to that guarantee the quality improving continuously.
